Reading lift

Lift is how much extra revenue ACO is making for you vs. a baseline.

Lift is the one number that matters: how much additional revenue ACO generated, compared to what would have happened without ACO.

What to look for

  • Trend over time, not one-day spikes.
  • Lift paired with context (range, baseline, and surface coverage).
  • Whether lift concentrates on a few surfaces or is broad across the store.

Lift is only meaningful when the baseline is stable. If you change themes, catalogs, or major merchandising rules, expect lift to take time to settle again.
